“气一元论”探讨及其在“婴儿肝炎综合征”中的运用

“气一元论”是中医学理论体系之唯物基础，亦为人体生命观之基本内核。“气”乃构成宇宙之本原，亦为宇宙之最高范畴。作者从事中医临床20余年，立足“生命宇宙整体观”，临证之时，以《周易》先天“乾坤两卦”分析患者“元气”之强弱及其运行规律；论治之际，以“气一元论”为宗旨，以“六经辨证”为大法，以“仲景方药”为医剑，通过大量临床实践证明，纯中医可以防治各种急危重症及疑难病，本文先浅探“气一元论”之理论基础，然后再观其指导临床（婴儿肝炎综合征）之效用。

Study on the Basic Theory of Monism of Qi and Its Clinical Practice in Infant Hepatitis Syndrome

Monism of Qi is the materialistic foundation of the theoretical system of Chinese medicine, it is also the basic concept of life. Qi is the primordial of the universe, and the only form of the universe and all things primitive. In my twenty years＇ clinical practice, I analyzed patient＇s essential qi using Qian- Kun Gua of Book of Changes, revitalize the patient＇s essential qi using Zhang Zhongjing＇ s formula after six-meridian syndrome differentiation following the guidance of monism of Qi. A lot of Clinical experience has proved that Chinese medicine could be an ideal prevention and control for a variety of acute and difficult diseases, including infant hepatitis syndrome.
