| 摘 要： | 阴阳五行学说是中医的理论基础，中医学就是在阴阳五行的哲学基础上得到了成长、升华。阴阳五行讲的是矛盾的对立统一、相互制约及动态平衡，但是阴阳五行之间的关系，其最核心应是调和、和谐、协调之意，即阴阳五行的核心是“和”。

| Abstract: | Yin - yang and five elements doctrine is the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Chinese medicine is based on the philosophical foundation of yin - yang and five elements. Yin - yang and five elements represent unity of opposites, mutual suppression and dynamic balance. But the intrinsic meaning of yin - yang and five elements is reconciling, harmony and eoordinating, which mean ＂He＂ in Chinese. |
