胰腺癌中肝细胞生长因子表达与微血管密度的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨在胰腺癌中肝细胞生长因子(HGF)阳性表达及微血管密度(MVD)与肿瘤临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化(S-P)法检测30例胰腺癌组织中HDF表达及MVD,运用统计软件将其与临床病理因素间进行Х^2及t检验。结果HGF不同分期下的表达不同,随分期增加而增加(P=0.04);MVD在胰腺癌组织中随分期增加而增加(P=0.01)。肿瘤合并淋巴结转移患者HGF阳性表达为76.92%,与没有淋巴结转移组织间比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);合并淋巴结转移组织内MVD计数为每高倍镜视野下(91.556±13.173)条,与没有淋巴结转移组织间比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.01)。结论HGF促进细胞的增生;促进肿瘤细胞的迁移,增加瘤细胞的侵袭性;还可通过诱导血管内皮生长因子的分泌和表达,从而间接促进肿瘤新生血管生成而促进肿瘤增长、转移。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of Hepatocyte growth factor ( HGF), micro vcssd density (MVD) in the pancreatic carcinomas. Methods Expressions of HGF and MVD was detected by immanohistochemistry in surgically resected specimens from 30 pancreatic carcinoma patients. The results were analyzed combined with clinical pathologic characteristics, Statistically analysis was made with SPSS for Windows 12.0. Results HGF expressions in TNM Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ was different, which increased with the staging (P = 0.04) ; MVD in pancreatic cancer tissues increases with the staging (P=0. 01) respectively. Positive expression of HGF in patients with lymph node metastasis was 76.92%, MVD count was 91. 556 ±13. 173/HP, both statistically different from those without lymph node metastasis ( P = 0. 01, P = 0.01, respectively). Conclusions HGF promotes cell proliferation, tumor cell migration, and increases tumor cell invasiveness tumor growth and metastasis through indirectly promoting angiogenesis.
