人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄不稳定粗隆间骨折的疗效观察

目的探讨人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄不稳定粗隆间骨折的适应证及优点。方法应用人工股骨头置换手术治疗高龄不稳定粗隆间骨折58例，术后随访6个月至2年。采用Harris评分评定治疗效果。结果58例患者手术均顺利完成，1例患者术后8d死于肺栓塞。53例获得随访，术后均无切口感染、关节脱位等并发症发生。术后6个月按Harris评分法评定：优22例，良21例，中6例，差4例，优良率81％。结论人工股骨头置换治疗高龄不稳定粗隆间骨折，手术操作相对简单，初期稳定性好，是一种可靠有效的治疗方法。

Artificial femoral head replacement in unstable intertrochanteric fractures of elderly

Objective To study indications and advantages of artificial femoral head replacement for treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures of elderly. Methods Artificial femoral head replacement operation was used to treat 58 cases of unstable intertrochanteric fractures of elderly. They were followed up for 6 months to 2 years. The treatment efficacy with Harris score was evaluated. Results All Patients＇ s operations were successfully completed, one patient died of pulmonary embolism in the 8th day after surgery. Fifty-three patients were followed up. There was no wound infection, dislocation and other complications. In the 6th month after surgery they were assessed by Harris score： 22 cases were excellent 21 ,cases good, 6 cases moderate and 4 cases poor. Excellent rate was 81%. Conclusion Artificial femoral head replacement for treatment of unstable intertmchanteric fractures of elderly is a reliable and effective treatment.
