| 摘 要： | 目的:观察急性期采用毛刺配合恢复期电针治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:对临床观察确诊的46例周围性面瘫患者,在急性期予以毛刺治疗,恢复期采用电针治疗,用统计学方法比较临床疗效及治疗前、后的电生理指标。结果:46例周围性面瘫患者中31例获得临床痊愈,总有效率97.83%,46例患者治疗后的电生理检测指标与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P0.001或P0.01)。结论:急性期采用毛刺配合恢复期电针治疗周围性面瘫疗效显著,能够明显缩短患者病程,提高临床疗效。
