甲基苯丙胺介导的神经毒性和依赖性相关酶学的研究进展

摘    要:甲基苯丙胺介导的神经毒性和依赖性是一个多种途径、多种机制参与的复杂过程.其依赖机制涉及中枢神经系统多个特定脑区的各种神经递质、多种酶的变化.就单胺氧化酶、一氧化氮合酶、鸟苷酸环化酶、腺苷酸环化酶等几种酶的变化在甲基苯丙胺的神经毒性和依赖机制中的作用进行综述.

Abstract:The neurotoxicity induced by methamphetamine(MA)and the dependent mechanism were multi-channel and multi-mechanism procedure.It involvs many mechanisms such as neurotransmitter of special brain areas,enzymology and so on.In this paper we review the development in enymological researches of methamphetamine induced neurotoxicity and dependence,the major enzymes included monoamine oxidase(MAO),nitricoxide synthase(NOS),guanylate cyclase(GC),adenylate cyclase(AC),and discuss the mechanism of methamphetamine dependence.
