复方丹参片指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的采用HPLC法构建了复方丹参片的指纹图谱。方法色谱柱为Waters Sunfire C18柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%甲酸水溶液(梯度洗脱),检测波长为280nm。结果该指纹图谱有25个共有特征峰,确认了其中8个色谱峰的成分分别为丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、二氢丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B、丹参素钠、迷迭香酸、紫草酸。结论该法操作简便,专属性强、重复性好,为该产品的质量监控提供了有效手段。

Abstract:Objective To establish the fingerprint analysis method of compound danshen tablet.Methods The HPLC fingerprint of compound danshen tablet was established with Waters Sunfire C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) column,acetonitrile and 0.4% formic acidas mobile phase(gradient elution),and the detection wavelength was 280 nm.25 common peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks.Results Eight of these common peaks were identified as tanshinoneⅠ,cryptotanshinone,dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ,tanshinone ⅡA,salvianolic acid B,sodium danshensu,rosmarinic acid and lithospermic acid.Conclusion The method established is selective,simple and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of compound danshen tablet.
