| 摘 要： | 目的评价动态增强MRI对乳腺良恶性病变的诊断价值。方法对60例经手术病理证实的乳腺疾病患者行MRI平扫和动态增强检查。结果28例乳腺癌的形态学特征性表现有形态不规则、环形强化和毛刺征。32例乳腺良性病变特征性表现有类圆形或分叶状，边缘光整，强化均匀及强化后可见低信号间隔。良恶性病变T1WI和T2WI信号强度无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；良恶性病变增强后边缘形态分布差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；良恶性组间早期强化率差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；对乳腺癌诊断的敏感性为67．9％、特异性为77．8％、准确性为72．5％。结论MRI动态增强减影技术对乳腺癌的诊断有一定的诊断价值，值得在临床上推广应用。
