| 摘 要： | 组胺是各种炎症反应中重要的介质,许多物质都具有导致人体和大鼠肥大细胞释放组胺的不良反应。虽然肽类药物相对于其他药物而言,具有活性高,不良反应小等优点,但一些活性肽类化合物也能引起组胺释放,使得这些肽类药物临床使用受到限制。对肽类物质的组胺释放作用研究,有助于进一步改善肽类药物的某些不良反应,降低其毒性。现列举了部分内源性和外源性的肽类物质,并对其组胺释放作用机制进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Histamine is an important mediator in various kinds of inflammatory reactions.Many compounds have been known to induce histamine release from human and rat mast cells.As we know,peptide drugs have higher bio-activity and lower side-effect than other kinds of drugs.But some bioactive peptides also induce histamine release,and clinical development of them have been also restricted because of side effects of histamine release.Some endogenous and exogenous peptides with histamine-releasing potency and related mechanism were summarized in this paper. |
