白虎加人参汤对烧伤大鼠早期心肌保护作用的实验研究

目的]观察白虎加人参汤对严重烧伤大鼠心肌损害的作用。方法]将96只SD大鼠随机分为空白组(32只)、中药治疗组(32只)和西药对照组(32只),造成大鼠30%TBSAⅢ度烧伤,中药治疗组伤后灌胃白虎加人参汤,西药治疗组灌胃卡托普利,空白组灌胃等渗盐水;各组烧伤大鼠于伤前和伤后3,6,12,24h检测其血浆中心肌钙蛋T(cTnT)的含量,光镜观察心肌组织形态结构变化。结果]各组肌钙蛋白水平伤后12h达到峰值,伤后24h仍现增高水平。空白组伤后各时相血浆的肌钙蛋白含量明显高于中药治疗组及西药对照组(P<0.01),中药治疗组及西药对照组之间对比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。镜下显示中药及西药组均较空白组的心肌损伤轻。结论]白虎加人参汤和卡托普利在烧伤后早期应用,均能有效地降低血浆中肌钙蛋白的含量,对严重烧伤造成的心肌损害具有保护作用。

An Experimental Study on the Early Myocardial Protection of Baihu Rensheng Decoction in Burnt Rats

Objective]To observe the protective effects of Baihu Rensheng decoction in severely burnt rats.Methods]Ninety-six Sprague Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into three groups: the blank control group(n=32),the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) treatment group(n=32) and the Western Medicine(WM) treatment group(n=32).The models of third degree burns comprising 30 percent of the total burned surface area(TBSA) were established.By gavage,the TCM treatment group was given Baihu Rensheng decoction;the WM treatment group,captopril; and the blank control group,isotonic saline.The content of cardiac troponin T(cTnT) in serum were detected before burned and at 3,6,12 and 24 hours after burned.The changes of myocardial histomorphology were observed by light microscopy.Results]In all groups,the level of cTnT reached the peak at 12 hours after burned and still stayed in a high level at 24 hours.The content of cTnT was much greater in the blank control group than that in the two treatment groups at 3,6,12 and 24 hours after burned(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between TCM group and WM group(P>0.05).The results of Light microscopy showed that the myocardial damage was less severe in both treatment groups than that in the blank control group.Conclusions]The Baihu Rensheng decoction and captopril can provide protections against myocardial damage caused by severe burn injury by decreasing effectively the content of serum cTnT when used in the early stage after burn injury.
