| 摘 要： | AMP激活的蛋白激酶(AMPK)能感受细胞的能量信号变化，在不同的组织中协调物质的合成代谢和分解代谢。心血管重构是高血压及动脉粥样硬化等疾病的病理基础，其细胞形态学变化存在细胞肥大或增殖。在此过程中，细胞除有蛋白质和核酸合成增多外，还伴随能量代谢的变化。AMPK在心血管重构过程中，对心肌细胞、血管平滑肌细胞、内皮细胞的增殖及能量代谢均有影响。

| Abstract: | AMP activated protein kinase (AMPK) is a sensor of cellular energy status that coordinates anabolic metabolism and catabolism of the cellular materials. Cardiovascular remodeling is the basic pathology of hypertension and atherosclerosis. The proliferation or hypertrophy happens in the cell morphological alteration. In the process, besides increase of protein and nucleic acid synthesis, the change of energy metabolism is also implicated.In the vascular remodeling,AMPK affects proliferation and energy metabolism of myocardial cells,vascular smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells. |
