| 摘 要： | [目的]观察消食口服液治疗小儿厌食的临床疗效.[方法]将1 72例乳食积滞,脾胃不和型厌食患儿随机分为治疗组104例,对照组68例.治疗组给予消食口服液,对照组给予健儿消食口服液.[结果]治疗组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05),体重增长值、体重净增值、部分临床症状改善率、尿D-木糖排泄率、唾液淀粉酶、微量元素Zn、Fe水平均高于对照组(均P＜0.05).[结论]消食口服液具有明显改善小儿厌食的临床疗效. |

| Abstract: | [Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiaoshi oral liquid(XOL) in treating child anorexia.[Methods] One hundred and seventy-two child anorexia patients with stagnated food and discordance of spleen and stomach were randomly divided into trial group(n=104) and control group(n=68) who received XOL and Jian'er Xiaoshi liquid(JXL) respectively.[Results] The total therapeutic effect rate and improvement in some clinic symptoms in the trial group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Gaining in the weight in the trial group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.01).The excreting rate of urine D-Xylose and the contents of spit amylase,microelement zinc and ferrum were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]XOL could markedly improve child anorexia. |
