北京地区社区医疗机构抗感染药物利用分析

目的：评价北京地区社区医疗机构抗感染药物的利用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对北京地区社区医疗机构2009年1月至3月抗感染药物应用品种、销售金额、用药排序等进行统计分析。结果：北京地区社区医疗机构2009年第一季度抗感染药物购入量占全部药品购入量的比例为196％，其中注射用抗感染药物比重约占到全部抗感染药物的三分之二，购入金额始排序前三类的抗感染药物分别为头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、青霉素类。结论：北京地区社区医疗机构使用的抗感染药物品种相对固定．临床应用较为合理．但是注射用抗感染药物所占比重较大．应引起注意。

Utilization Analysis of Anti-infectives in the Community Medical Institutions of Beijing District

Objoctive： To evaluate the utilization of anti-infectives in the community medical institutions of Beijing district, and to provide references for the rational use of drugs. Methods： The anti-infectives used in community medical institutions during January to March, 2009 were statistically analyzed according to the varieties, consumption amounts, and rank of consumption. Results： The amount of anti-infectives purchased in the first quarter of 2009 is 19.6 percent of the total amount of drugs, and among of which, the amount of injections is two thirds of all. According to the amount of money used to purchase drugs, Cephalosporins, Quinolones, Penicillins were in the first three positions, respectively. Concision： The varieties of anti-infectives used in the community medical institutions are stable and the clinical utilization of anti-infectives is reasonable, but we should pay attention to the high proportion of anti-infective injections used.
