乙肝小三阳血清HBV-DNA定量检测及其与前S_1关系的研究

目的:检测乙型肝炎小三阳患者HBV-DNA含量,并与前S1抗原(Pre-S1)进行比较分析。方法:收集351例乙型肝炎小三阳患者血清和30例正常体检者血清,用ELISA方法检测前S1抗原,用荧光定量PCR方法定量检测HBV-DNA。结果:HBsAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc阳性(小三阳)患者HBV-DNA检出率为62.7%(4.5×106copies/ml),前S1抗原检出率为72.9%。结论:HBeAg转阴者也存在病毒复制,HBV-DNA与前S1抗原相关性较好,对于乙型肝炎患者在常规血清学标志物检测的基础上对HBV-DNA数量进行动态检测有助于临床诊断、疗效观察及预后判断。

Study the Relationship of HBV-DNA Quantitatively Detection and Pre-S1 for the Patients of Hepatitis B with Positive of HBsAg、Anti-Hbe and Anti-HBc

Objective To determine hepatitis B virus-DNA(HBV-DNA) and pre S1 antigen in patients with hepatitis B and expolore their different clinical values.Methods 351 positive serum of HBsAg,anti-HBe,anti-HBc of hepatitis B and 30 healthy man wrer collected.Pre-S1 antigen and HBV markets were detected with ELISA and HBV-DNA with fluorescent quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR) respectively.Results The positive rates of HBV-DNA and Pre-S1 antigen were 62.7%(4.5×106 copies/ml)、72.9% respective in patients with hepatitis B of which HBsAg、anti-HBe、anti-HBc were positive.Conclusion There were replication of virus in patients with HBeAg negative,The serum levels of HBV-DNA of patients with hepatitis B closely correlate Pre-S1.HBV-DNA with fluorescent quantitative PCR for the patients with hepatitis B is helpful to clinical diagnosis、clinical evalution and prognosis.
