噻托溴铵联合茚达特罗治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果及对患者肺功能的影响

目的探讨噻托溴铵联合茚达特罗治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的效果及对患者肺功能的影响。方法选取2015年9月至2019年6月我院收治的COPD患者500例进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方式不同将其分为联合组(250例,噻托溴铵联合茚达特罗治疗)和对照组(250例,茚达特罗治疗)。比较两组治疗前、后肺功能指标、动脉血气指标、炎症因子水平及生活质量。结果治疗后,两组FVC、FEV1、FEV1%pre、FEV1/FVC、PaO2、SaO2较治疗前均增高,PaCO2、TNF-α、IL-8、IFN-γ、NF-κB水平及SGRQ各项评分较治疗前均降低,且联合组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论噻托溴铵联合茚达特罗治疗COPD效果显著,可有效改善患者的肺功能指标和动脉血气指标,减轻患者的气道炎症反应,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of tiotropium bromide combined with indacaterol on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its influence on pulmonary function in patients

Objective To investigate the effect of tiotropium bromide combined with indacaterol on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and its influence on pulmonary function in patients.Methods Five hundred COPD patients admitted in our hospital from September 2015 to June 2019 were selected and retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into combined group(250 cases,treated with tiotropium bromide combined with indaroterol)and control group(250 cases,treated with indaroterol).The pulmonary function indexes,arterial blood gas indexes,inflammatory factors levels and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FVC,FEV1,FEV1%pre,FEV1/FVC,PaO2 and SaO2 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,while the levels of PaCO2,TNF-α,IL-8,IFN-γ,NF-κB and SGRQ scores were lower than those before treatment,and those in the combined group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiotropium bromide combined with indacaterol has a significant effect in the treatment of COPD.It can effectively improve the pulmonary function and arterial blood gas indexes,alleviate airway inflammation reponse and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
