尪痹片联合三土汤治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎的临床效果

目的研究尪痹片联合三土汤治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月我院收治的60例活动期类风湿性关节炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组给予尪痹片治疗,研究组给予尪痹片联合三土汤加减治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的CD4^+、CD8^+水平均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的RF、CRP、ESR水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的关节疼痛评分均降低,20 m步行时间、晨僵时间均缩短,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论尪痹片联合三土汤治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎的临床效果显著,可有效增强患者的免疫功能,减轻炎症反应与关节疼痛,减少不良反应的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of Wangbi tablet combined with Santu decoction in the treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To study the clinical effect of Wangbi tablet combined with Santu decoction in the treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 60 patients with active rheumatoid arthritis admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Wangbi tablet,and the study group was treated with Wangbi tablet combined with Santu decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of CD4^+and CD8^+in the two groups increased,and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of RF,CRP and ESR in the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the joint pain score of the two groups reduced,the 20 m walking time and morning stiffness time shortened,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wangbi tablet combined with Santu decoction in the treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis has a significant clinical effect,it can effectively enhance the immune function of patients,reduce inflammatory reaction,joint pain and the occurrence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
