蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿急性腹泻的效果及对患儿细胞因子水平的影响

目的探讨蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿急性腹泻的效果及对患儿细胞因子水平的影响。方法选取2014年5月至2019年5月我院收治的急性腹泻患儿98例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各49例。对照组应用蒙脱石散治疗,研究组应用蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组患儿的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患儿的IL-6、IL-10及TNF-α水平均低于对照组与治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患儿的乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌均多于对照组与治疗前,肠球菌及肠杆菌均少于对照组与治疗前(P<0.05)。结论蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿急性腹泻可以调节患儿肠道内菌群平衡,缓解炎症反应,可在临床中进一步推广应用。

Effect of montmorillonite powder combined with Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus triple viable tablet on acute diarrhea in children and its influence on the levels of cytokines

Objective To investigate the effect of montmorillonite powder combined with Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus triple viable tablet on acute diarrhea in children and its influence on the levels of cytokines.Methods A total of 98 children with acute diarrhea admitted in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into control group and study group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the study group was treated with montmorillonite powder combined with Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus triple viable tablets.The therapeutic effects of the two geroups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria in the study group were more than those in the control group and before treatment,and Enterococcus and Enterobacteria were lower than those in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The montmorillonite powder combined with Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus triple viable tablet on acute diarrhea in children can regulate the balance of intestinal flora in children,alleviate the inflammatory response,which can be further promoted and applied in clinic.
