腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术治疗早期前列腺癌患者的临床效果及对尿流动力学的影响

目的探讨腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术治疗早期前列腺癌患者的临床效果及对尿流动力学的影响。方法将100例早期前列腺癌患者根据分段随机法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组给予传统开腹手术,观察组给予腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术。比较两组的治疗效果。结果手术3 d后,观察组的Pdetat Qmax、Qmax均大于对照组,PVR、BC均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的肠胃功能恢复时间及手术时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜前列腺根治术治疗早期前列腺癌患者,可改善其尿流动力学,提高诊疗的安全性。

Clinical effect of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy in the treatment of patientswith early prostate cancer and its influence on urodynamics

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy in the treatment of patients with early prostate cancer and its influence on urodynamics.Methods One hundred patients with early prostate cancer were divided into observation group and control group according to the piecewise random method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional open surgery,and the observation group was given laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 days of operation,the Pdetat Qmax and Qmax in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,the PVR and BC were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function and operation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative amount of bleeding was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical prostatectomy in the treatment of patients with early prostate cancer can improve the urodynamics and safety of diagnosis and treatment.
