口腔正畸+口腔修复治疗对先天性缺牙患者语言功能、咀嚼功能的影响

目的分析口腔正畸+口腔修复治疗对先天性缺牙患者语言功能、咀嚼功能的影响。方法将本院口腔科收治的106例先天性缺牙患者随机分为对照组和试验组,各53例。对照组采用单一口腔正畸治疗,试验组采用口腔正畸+口腔修复治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1、2个月后,试验组的咀嚼效率、语言功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,试验组的总体健康、精力、情绪角色功能、心理健康、躯体疼痛、躯体角色功能、社会功能、躯体健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸+口腔修复可有效改善先天性缺牙患者的语言功能、咀嚼效率,且不良反应较少,值得借鉴。

Effects of orthodontic+oral restoration on the speech function and mastication function of patients with anodontia

Objective To analyze the effects of orthodontic +oral restoration on the speech function and mastication function of patients with anodontia. Methods A total of 106 patients with anodontia admitted in stomatology department of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 53 cases in each group. The control group only received orthodontic treatment, and the experimental group received orthodontic +oral restoration treatment. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After 1 and 2 months of treatment, the masticatory efficiency and language function scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). After 2 months of treatment, the scores of overall health, energy, emotional role function, mental health, body pain, role-physical, social function and physical health of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Orthodontic +oral restoration can effectively improve the language function and mastication efficiency of patients with anodontia, with fewer adverse reactions, which is worth learning.
