枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊、人绝经促性腺激素、绒毛膜促性腺激素联合治疗内分泌失调性不孕症的效果

目的分析枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊、人绝经促性腺激素(HMG)、绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)联合治疗内分泌失调性不孕症的效果。方法将80例内分泌失调性不孕症患者根据不同治疗措施分成观察组和对照组,各40例。所有患者均予以枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊、HMG治疗,观察组在上述基础上应用HCG治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的排卵总成功率、妊娠总成功率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的子宫内膜厚度、促黄体激素、促卵泡生成激素水平均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊、HMG、HCG联合用于内分泌失调性不孕症患者治疗中,能改善子宫内膜厚度、性激素水平,明显提高排卵及妊娠成功率。

Effect of clomiphene citrate capsules,human menopausal gonadotropin and chorionic gonadotropin in the combined treatment of endocrine dysfunctional infertility

Objective To analyze the effect of clomiphene citrate capsules,human menopausal gonadotropin(HMG)and chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)in the combined treatment of endocrine dysfunctional infertility.Methods A total of 80 patients with endocrine dysfunctional infertility were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment measures,with 40 cases in each group.All patients were treated with clomiphene citrate capsules and HMG,and the observation group was treated with HCG on the basis of the above.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total success rates of ovulation and pregnancy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness,levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of clomiphene citrate capsules,HMG and HCG in the treatment of patients with endocrine dysfunctional infertility can improve the endometrial thickness,sex hormone level and the success rates of ovulation and pregnancy.
