无创机械通气对COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者认知功能及睡眠质量的影响

目的探究无创机械通气对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭患者认知功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取我院接收的COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者104例,采用随机法将其分成试验组和对照组,各52例。对照组进行常规治疗,试验组进行无创机械通气治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,试验组的肺功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的MMSE评分高于对照组及治疗前,PSQI评分低于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05)。试验组的治疗显效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无创机械通气疗法可以显著提升COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者的肺功能、认知功能及睡眠质量,进而提升患者的生活质量。

Effects of noninvasive mechanical ventilation on cognitive function and sleep quality in patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure

Objective To explore the effects of noninvasive mechanical ventilation on cognitive function and sleep quality in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) complicated with respiratory failure. Methods A total of 104 patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure received in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 52 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group received noninvasive mechanical ventilation treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the lung function indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the MMSE score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group and before treatment, while the PSQI score was lower than that of the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).The excellence rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Noninvasive mechanical ventilation therapy can significantly improve the lung function, cognitive function and sleep quality of patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure, and promote the quality of life of patients.
