短时多次蓝光照射联合酪酸梭菌二联活菌治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床效果

摘    要:目的探讨短时多次蓝光照射联合酪酸梭菌二联活菌治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的62例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各31例。对照组给予短时多次蓝光照射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予酪酸梭菌二联活菌治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果治疗后5 d,两组患儿的经皮胆红素、Tbil水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后5 d,两组患儿的IgG、IgA、IgM水平及NBNA评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的黄疸消退时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论短时多次蓝光照射联合酪酸梭菌二联活菌治疗新生儿高胆红素血症可有效降低胆红素水平,缩短黄疸消退时间,提高患儿免疫功能,促进行为神经功能正常发育,是一种安全有效的治疗方案,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of short-term multiple blue light irradiation combined with clostridium butyricum in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods A total of 62 children of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with short-term multiple blue light irradiation,and the observation group was treated with clostridium butyricum on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results On the 5 th day after treatment,the levels of transcutaneous bilirubin and Tbil in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).On the 5 th day after treatment,the levels of IgG,IgA,IgM and NBNA score in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The regression time of jaundice in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The shortterm multiple blue light irradiation combined with clostridium butyricum in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can effectively reduce the level of bilirubin,shorten the regression time of jaundice,improve the immune function of children,and promote the normal development of behavioral nerve function.It is a safe and effective treatment plan,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
