彩色多普勒超声评估不同结局早孕妊娠黄体功能的价值

摘    要:目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声评估不同结局早孕妊娠黄体功能的临床价值。方法分析正常宫内早孕(A组,75例)及宫内早孕流产(B组,66例)的血清孕酮水平及妊娠黄体的经阴道彩色多普勒超声表现,包括妊娠黄体最大径线及血流动力学参数:收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、舒张末期流速(EDV)及阻力指数(RI)。结果A组血清孕酮水平高于B组(P<0.05)。两组妊娠黄体最大径线无显著差异(P>0.05);A组PSV、EDV均高于B组,RI低于B组(P<0.05)。结论正常宫内早孕者孕酮水平较宫内流产者高;经阴道彩色多普勒超声提示正常宫内早孕患者的妊娠黄体血供较宫内流产者好。

Value of color Doppler ultrasound in the evaluation of pregnant corpus luteum function in early pregnancy with different outcomes

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the evaluation of pregnant corpus luteum function in early pregnancy with different outcomes.Methods Serum progesterone level and the manifestation of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound of pregnant corpus luteum in normal intrauterine early pregnancy(group A,75 cases)and abortion(group B,66 cases)were analyzed,including the maximum diameter of pregnant corpus luteum and hemodynamic parameters:peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV)and resistivity index(RI).Results The level of serum progesterone in the group A was higher than that in the group B(P<0.05).There was no significance of the maximum diameter of pregnant corpus luteum between the two groups(P>0.05);PSV and EDV in the group A were higher than those in the group B,RI was lower than that in the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Progesterone level is higher in pregnant women with normal intrauterine early pregnancy than intrauterine abortion,and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound indicates that the blood supply of pregnant luteum of pregrant women with normal intrauterine early pregnancy is better than that of intrauterine abortion.
