LC+ERCP取石术同步治疗胆囊结石并发胆总管结石的护理措施分析

目的分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)+内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)取石术同步治疗胆囊结石并发胆总管结石的护理措施。方法以2018年10月至2019年10月于本院行LC+ERCP取石术同步治疗的84例胆囊结石并发胆总管结石患者为研究对象,按电脑数字表法随机将其分为两组,每组42例。对照组行常规护理,试验组展开围术期护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果干预后,两组SAS评分均降低,GSES评分均升高,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组Cor、CRP、EP水平均升高,但试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论予以LC+ERCP取石术同步治疗的胆囊结石并发胆总管结石患者围术期护理可有效改善其情绪状态、减轻应激反应,进而降低并发症发生率。

Analysis of nursing measures of LC+ERCP lithotripsy in the simultaneous treatment of gallstones and common bile duct stones

Objective To analyse the nursing measures of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)+endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)lithotripsy in the simultaneous treatment of gallstones and common bile duct stones.Methods A total of 84 cases of gallstones and common bile duct stones patients who were underwent simultaneous treatment of LC+ERCP lithotripsy in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were taken as the study objects.According to the computer numerical table method,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the experimental group started perioperative nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the SAS scores of the two groups reduced,and the GSES scores increased,and those of the experimental group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of Cor,CRP and EP in the two groups increased,but those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing of patients with gallstones and common bile duct stones who were simultaneous treated with LC+ERCP lithotripsy can effectively improve emotional state,reduce stress response and the incidence of complications.
