丙戊酸镁联合喹硫平对双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者TBIL、Alb及炎性因子水平的影响

目的探讨丙戊酸镁联合喹硫平对双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者TBIL、Alb及炎性因子水平的影响。方法选择2016年12月至2019年6月在本院诊治的双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者84例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各42例。对照组给予丙戊酸镁治疗,观察组给予丙戊酸镁联合喹硫平治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,显著高于对照组的78.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组HCL-32评分、血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平显著低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清TBIL、Alb水平显著高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙戊酸镁联合喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作能有效抑制炎性因子的表达,升高TBIL、Alb水平,从而缓解患者的症状,提高治疗效果。

Effects of magnesium valproate combined with quetiapine on the levels of TBIL,Alb and inflammatory factors in patients with manic episode of bipolar disorder

Objective To explore the effects of magnesium valproate combined with quetiapine on the levels of TBIL,Alb and inflammatory factors in patients with manic episode of bipolar disorder. Methods From December 2016 to June2019, 84 patients with manic episode of bipolar disorder diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with magnesium valproate, and the observation group was treated with magnesium valproate combined with quetiapine. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%, which was significantly higher than 78.57% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). After treatment, the HCL-32 scores, the serum IL-1β and TNF-α levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum TBIL and Alb levels in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium valproate combined with quetiapine in the treatment of manic episode of bipolar disorder can inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors, increase the levels of TBIL and Alb, which can promote the relief of patients’ symptoms and improve the treatment effect.
