血塞通辅助预防大隐静脉曲张高位结扎剥脱术后DVT形成的效果

目的探讨血塞通辅助预防大隐静脉曲张高位结扎剥脱术后深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的效果。方法选取2017年2月至2018年9月我院收治的86例大隐静脉曲张患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为研究组(43例,高位结扎剥脱术+低分子肝素+血塞通)和对照组(43例,高位结扎剥脱术+低分子肝素)。比较两组的血流变指标、凝血功能指标、术后不良反应及DVT发生率。结果治疗后,两组的全血低切粘度、高切粘度、血浆粘度及Fib水平,APTT、PT均延长,均降低,且研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的DVT发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血塞通辅助预防大隐静脉曲张高位结扎剥脱术后DVT形成的效果显著,可以降低术后DVT发病率,改善术后患者凝血功能及血流变。

Effect of Xuesaitong on assisted prevention of DVT after high ligation stripping of great saphenous varicosis vein

Objective To explore the effect of Xuesaitong on assisted prevention of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)after high ligation stripping of great saphenous varicosis vein.Methods A total of 86 patients with great saphenous varicosis vein admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into study group(43 cases,high ligation stripping+low molecular weight heparin+Xuesaitong)and control group(43 cases,high ligation stripping+low molecular weight heparin)according to the random number table method.The hemorheology indexes,coagulation indexes,incidences of adverse reactions and DVT were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the whole blood low shear viscosity,high shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and Fib level in the two groups reduced,APTT and PT in the two groups prolonged,and those in the study group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of DVT in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuesaitong on assisted prevention of DVT after high ligation stripping of great saphenous varicosis vein has a significant effect,which can reduce the incidence of DVT and improve the coagulation function and hemorrheology of patients after operation.
