无陪护护理模式对原发性肝癌患者肝动脉化疗栓塞术后自我管理效能感的影响

目的探究无陪护护理模式对原发性肝癌患者肝动脉化疗栓塞术后自我管理效能感的影响。方法选取我院肝胆外科2018年4月至2019年9月收治的92例行肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗的原发性肝癌患者,根据数字随机表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采取无陪护护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果护理后,两组正性态度、自我减压、自我决策、护理依从性和满意度评分均升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组紧张、愤怒、疲劳、慌乱、抑郁评分均降低,精力、自我有关情绪均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无陪护护理模式应用在原发性肝癌患者肝动脉化疗栓塞术后的护理中,可改善患者自我管理效能感和心理状态,提升护理依从性和满意度。

Effect of unaccompanied nursing mode on self-management efficacy after hepatic artery chemoembolization in patients with primary liver cancer

Objective To explore the effect of unaccompanied nursing mode on self-management efficacy after hepatic artery chemoembolization in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods Ninety-two patients with primary liver cancer treated with hepatic arterial chemoembolization in the department of hepatobiliary surgery of our hospital from April 2018 to September 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing mode,and the observation group adopted the unaccompanied nursing mode.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of positive attitude,self decompression,self decision-making,nursing compliance and satisfaction in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of tension,anger,fatigue,panic and depression in the two groups decreased,and the scores of energy and self-related emotions increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of unaccompanied nursing mode in the nursing of patients with primary liver cancer after hepatic artery chemoembolization can improve the self-management efficacy,psychological state,the nursing compliance and satisfaction of patients.
