| 摘 要： | 目的探讨槲皮素对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖及迁移能力的影响。方法采用不同浓度槲皮素处理乳腺癌MCF-7细胞,以CCK8法观察乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的增殖活性,以划痕迁移实验检测槲皮素对MCF-7细胞迁移情况的影响。结果槲皮素处理后乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖率明显降低,且呈浓度和时间依赖性(P<0.05);划痕迁移实验中,随着槲皮素浓度提高,MCF-7迁移率呈递减趋势。结论槲皮素可抑制乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的增殖,并阻断MCF-7细胞迁移。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of quercetin on cell proliferation and migration of human breast cancer MCF-7 cell. Methods Breast cancer MCF-7 cells were treated with different concentration of quercetin. The proliferation of breast cancer MCF-7 cells was observed by CCK8 method, and effect of quercetin on migration of MCF-7 cells was detected by scratch migration test. Results The proliferation rate of breast cancer MCF-7 cells significantly reduced after quercetin treatment, and it was concentration and time dependent(P<0.05). In the scratch migration test, the migration of MCF-7 decreased with the increase of quercetin concentration. Conclusion Quercetin can inhibit the proliferation of breast cancer MCF-7 cell and block the migration of MCF-7 cell. |
