雷贝拉唑三联疗法治疗慢性胃溃疡的临床效果

目的探讨雷贝拉唑三联疗法治疗慢性胃溃疡的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年9月至2019年9月收治的210例慢性胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(105例,奥美拉唑三联疗法)和观察组(105例,雷贝拉唑三联疗法)。比较两组患者的治疗效果、血清炎性因子水平、病理检查情况及生活质量。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-1β、TNF-α水平均降低,且观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的临床症状评分和胃镜病理检查评分均降低,且观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的QLICD-GM各项评分均升高,且观察组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雷贝拉唑三联疗法治疗慢性胃溃疡的临床效果显著,能够有效降低患者血清炎性因子水平,缓解患者的临床症状,提高其临床整体疗效和生活质量。

Clinical effect of rabeprazole triple therapy in the treatment of chronic gastric ulcer

Objective To explore the clinical effect of rabeprazole triple therapy in the treatment of chronic gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 210 patients with chronic gastric ulcer admitted in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(105 cases,omeprazole triple therapy)and observation group(105 cases,rabeprazole triple therapy)according to random number table method.The therapeutic effect,serum inflammatory factors levels,pathological examination and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,IL-8,IL-1βand TNF-αin the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom score and gastroscope pathological examination score in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the QLICD-GM scores in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rabeprazole triple therapy in the treatment of chronic gastric ulcer has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors,alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the overall clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients.
