腹腔镜下经胆囊管胆总管探查取石术治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床效果

目的分析腹腔镜下经胆囊管胆总管探查取石术治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床效果。方法随机将纳入的81例患者分成对照组(40例,腹腔镜胆总管切开探查取石术)和观察组(41例,腹腔镜下经胆囊管胆总管探查取石术)。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的手术时间、住院时间、术后进食时间均短于对照组,术中出血量及住院费用均少于对照组(P<0.05)。术后2周,观察组的GSRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者采用腹腔镜下经胆囊管胆总管探查取石术的临床疗效明显,值得应用与推广。

Clinical effect of laparoscopic transcystic common bile duct exploration in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis complicated with choledocholithiasis

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic transcystic common bile duct exploration in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis complicated with choledocholithiasis.Methods A total of 81 patients were enrolled and randomly divided into control group(40 cases,laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and calculus extraction)and observation group(41 cases,laparoscopic transcystic common bile duct exploration).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operative time,hospitalization time and postoperative feeding time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization expenses were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Two weeks after the operation,the GSRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cholecystolithiasis complicated with choledocholithiasis,the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic transcystic common bile duct exploration is obvious,which is worthy of application and promotion.
