阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果及对血清炎症因子的影响

目的探讨阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果及对血清炎症因子的影响。方法将我院收治的40例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各20例。对照组采用阿莫西林治疗,观察组采用阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的肠上皮化生、异型增生、腺体萎缩、慢性炎症、活动性积分、TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果显著,可改善患者的临床症状,降低其血清炎症因子水平。

Clinical effect of amoxicillin combined with bismuth pectin in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and its influences on serum inflammatory factors

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amoxicillin combined with bismuth pectin in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and its influences on serum inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 40 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amoxicillin,and the observation group was treated with amoxicillin combined with bismuth pectin.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of intestinal metaplasia,dysplasia,glandular atrophy,chronic inflammation and activity,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Amoxicillin combined with bismuth pectin in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has a significant clinical effect,it can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors.
