| 摘 要： | 目的分析系统化健康宣教在老年糖尿病患者护理工作中的应用价值。方法将100例老年糖尿病患者随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予常规健康宣教,观察组采用经我院改良的系统化健康宣教,比较两组的宣教效果。结果教育后,观察组FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c水平均低于对照组,疾病知识掌握情况、SDSCA-6及DSQL评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统化健康宣教在老年糖尿病患者护理工作中的应用价值显著,能有效控制血糖水平、改善患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the application value of systematic health education in the nursing work of elderly diabetic patients.Methods A total of 100 elderly diabetic patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given systematic health education improved by our hospital.The health education results of the two groups were compared.Results After education,the levels of FPG,2 h PG and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the disease knowledge,scores of SDSCA-6 and DSQL were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic health education in the nursing work of elderly diabetic patients has significant application value,which can effectively control the blood glucose level and improve the quality of life of patients. |
