生殖专科医院进修人员的管理现状分析

目的探讨生殖专科医院进修人员的管理现状,为我院医务人员进修管理及培训工作的加强提供依据。方法选择2014年7月至2019年7月我院的进修管理系统纳入的221位进修人员,统计分析其基本情况。结果近五年进修人员数量有不同程度的波动,且2018年进修人员数量开始呈现明显的增长趋势。山东与河北为进修医师的主要来源地区,进修人员的科室来源主要为女科,职称以初级和中级为主。结论目前生殖专科医院进修人员的管理仍存在部分问题,接下来的进修管理应从进修人员的实际需求出发,加强过程管理,提高进修教育质量。

Analysis on the management status of advanced training personnel in reproductive hospitals

Objective To explore the management status of advanced training personnel in reproductive hospitals,and to provide basis for strengthening the management and training of medical staff in our hospital.Methods From July 2014 to July 2019,221 advanced training personnel included in the advanced study management system of our hospital were selected,and the basic situation of the trainees were statistically analyzed.Results There were varying degrees of fluctuation in the number of trainees in nearly five years,and the number of trainees in 2018 began to show a significant growth trend.Shandong and Hebei were the main source areas of the advanced training doctors.The department sources of the advanced training personnel was mainly female department,and the professional titles of whom were mainly primary and intermediate.Conclusion At present,there are still some problems in the management of advanced training personnel.The next management of advanced training is to strengthen process management and improve the quality of advanced training from the actual needs of advanced training personnel.
