布地奈德联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体感染对患儿免疫指标的影响

摘    要:目的探究布地奈德联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体感染对患儿免疫指标的影响。方法选取本院2018年5月至2019年5月收治的小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿80例作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予阿奇霉素滴注治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。比较两组临床疗效、CD4^+、CD8^+细胞比例及CD4^+/CD8^+,IL-10、IL-17、TGF-β1及IgA、IgM水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.0%,显著高于对照组的72.5%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD4^+、CD8^+水平高于对照组,IL-10、IL-17、TGF-β1水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的IgA检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿的IgM检出率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体感染患儿,可有效提高治疗效果,并对各项免疫指标的恢复有显著促进作用。

Effect of budesonide combined with azithromycin on the immune indexes of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide combined with azithromycin on the immune indexes in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods A total of 80 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given azithromycin instillation treatment,and the observation group was treated with inhalation of budesonide on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,CD4^+,CD8^+cell ratio,CD4^+/CD8^+,IL-10,IL-17,TGF-β1,Ig A and Ig M levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.0%,which was significantly higher than 72.5%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^+and CD8^+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-10,IL-17 and TGF-β1 were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the detection rate of IgA between the two groups(P>0.05);the detection rate of IgM in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Inhalation of budesonide combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and promote the recovery of various immune indexes.
