基于SBAR沟通模式的医护一体化全程管理模式在泌尿系结石围术期患者中的应用效果

目的分析基于SBAR沟通模式的医护一体化全程管理模式在泌尿系结石围术期患者中的应用效果。方法将我院2018年12月至2019年4月收治的120例泌尿系结石患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组实施常规围术期护理,研究组实施基于SBAR沟通模式的医护一体化全程管理模式。比较两组的治疗效果、复发率、心理状态及疼痛评分、围手术期并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的SAS、SDS、NRS评分均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于SBAR沟通模式的医护一体化全程管理模式应用于泌尿系结石患者围术期,可以有效降低复发率与围术期并发症发生率,缓解疼痛,改善患者的治疗效果、不良情绪与护理满意度。

Application effect of the whole-process management mode of doctor-nurse integration based on the SBAR communication mode in the perioperative patients with urolithiasis

Objective To analyze the application effect of the whole-process management mode of doctor-nurse integration based on the SBAR communication mode in the perioperative patients with urolithiasis. Methods One hundred and twenty urolithiasis patients treated in our hospital from December 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 60 cases in each group. In the control group, routine perioperative nursing was carried out, and in the study group, the whole-process management mode of doctor-nurse integration based on the SBAR communication mode was implemented. The treatment effect, recurrence rate, scores of psychological state and pain,perioperative complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of SAS, SDS and NRS in the two groups significantly reduced, and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-process management mode of doctor-nurse integration based on the SBAR communication mode applied to perioperative patients with urolithiasis can effectively reduce the recurrence rate and the incidence of perioperative complications, relieve pain, improve the treatment effect, adverse emotions and nursing satisfaction of patients.
