痰热清联合布地奈德治疗哮喘患儿的临床效果

目的探究痰热清联合布地奈德治疗哮喘患儿的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的102例哮喘患儿,依照随机数字表法分为常规组(51例,布地奈德)和联合组(51例,痰热清+布地奈德)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的FVC、FEV1、PEF均升高,且联合组高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IL-17、Th17细胞水平均降低,IL-10、Treg细胞水平均升高,且联合组优于常规组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论痰热清联合布地奈德治疗哮喘患儿的临床效果显著,可改善患儿肺功能,抑制炎性反应。

Clinical effect of Tanreqing combined with budesonide on children with asthma

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Tanreqing combined with budesonide on children with asthma.Methods A total of 102 children with asthma in our hospital were divided into routine group(51 cases,budesonide)and combined group(51 cases,Tanreqing+budesonide)according to the random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,FVC,FEV1 and PEF in the two groups increased,and those in the combined group were higher than the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-17 and Th17 cell decreased,while the levels of IL-10 and Treg cell increased,and those in the combined group were better than the routine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tanreqing combined with budesonide on children with asthma has a significant clinical effect,it can improve the lung function,and inhibit inflammatory response.
