纳布啡复合舒芬太尼用于剖宫产术后镇痛的临床效果

目的探讨纳布啡复合舒芬太尼用于剖宫产术后镇痛的临床效果。方法将我院产科2019年1月至2019年3月收治的100例剖宫产产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。两组均采用静脉自控镇痛,对照组应用舒芬太尼,观察组应用纳布啡复合舒芬太尼。比较两组的镇痛效果。结果术后4 h,两组的疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后8、12、24及48 h,观察组的疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后4、8、12、24及48 h的Ramsay镇静评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后4、8、12、24及48 h的自控镇痛使用次数明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组恶心呕吐及呼吸抑制的发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳布啡复合舒芬太尼用于剖宫产术后镇痛效果满意,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of nalbuphine combined with sufentanil on postoperative analgesia after cesarean section

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nalbuphine combined with sufentanil on postoperative analgesia after cesarean section.Methods A total of 100 parturients undergoing cesarean section admitted in the obstetrics department of our hospital from January 2019 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were given patient controlled intravenous analgesia,the control group was given sufentanil,and the observation group was given nalbuphine and sufentanil.The analgesic effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups at 4 h after operation(P>0.05);at 8,12,24 and 48 h after operation,the pain scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 4,8,12,24 and 48 h after operation,the Ramsay sedation scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 4,8,12,24 and 48 h after operation,the frequency of use of controlled analgesia in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of nausea,vomiting and respiratory depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nalbuphine combined with sufentanil on postoperative analgesia after cesarean section can achieve satisfactory analgesic effect,with fewer adverse reactions,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
