补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗脑中风的效果

目的观察补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗脑中风的效果。方法将180例脑中风患者随机分为A、B组,各90例。A组给予西医治疗,B组在A组基础上给予补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,B组的BR、HCT、PV、血清Hcy、IL-6及TNF-α水平低于A组,FMA、ESS评分高于A组(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗脑中风能有效改善患者血液流变学指标,减少神经损伤,提高运动功能,值得临床推广。

Effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy

Objective To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy. Methods A total of 180 patients with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 90 cases in each group. The group A was given western medicine treatment, and the group B was given Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture treatment on the basis of the group A. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of BR, HCT, PV, serum Hcy, IL-6 and TNF-α in the group B were lower than those in the group A, and the scores of FMA and ESS were higher than those in the group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy can effectively improve hemorheology indexes, reduce nerve damage and improve motor function, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
