柴胡桂枝干姜汤联合理中丸加针灸治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床效果及对血清炎症因子水平的影响

目的探讨柴胡桂枝干姜汤联合理中丸加针灸治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床效果及对血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法筛选我院诊治的胆汁反流性胃炎患者60例,应用数字随机表将其分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予柴胡桂枝干姜汤加减疗法;观察组运用柴胡桂枝干姜汤联合理中丸加针灸疗法。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前、后的血清炎症因子(TNF-α和IL-8)水平。结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组TNF-α和IL-8水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴胡桂枝干姜汤联合理中丸加针灸治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效确切,可显著改善患者体内的炎症因子水平。

Clinical effect of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction combined with Lizhong pill and acupuncture on bile reflux gastritis and its effect on serum inflammatory factors level

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction combined with Lizhong pill and acupuncture on bile reflux gastritis and its effect on serum inflammatory factors level.Methods Sixty patients with bile reflux gastritis diagnosed and treated in our hospital were screened and divided into control group and observation group by the numerical random table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction,the observation group was treated with Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction combined with Lizhong pill and acupuncture therapy.The clinical efficacy and the levels of serum inflammatory cytokines(TNF-αand IL-8)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of TNF-α and IL-8 in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction combined with Lizhong pill and acupuncture on bile reflux gastritis has definite effect,which can significantly improve the level of inflammatory factors in patients.
