丙种球蛋白结合蓝光治疗新生儿ABO溶血性黄疸的临床效果

目的研究丙种球蛋白结合蓝光治疗新生儿ABO溶血性黄疸的临床效果。方法选取于我院出生且被检出患有ABO溶血性黄疸的72例新生儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(36例,蓝光治疗)和观察组(36例,丙种球蛋白结合蓝光治疗)。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的TBil、CG水平均低于治疗前,NBNA评分均高于治疗前,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丙种球蛋白结合蓝光治疗新生儿ABO溶血性黄疸效果显著,能够有效改善患儿机体相关指标水平,降低患儿脑损伤发生的可能性,值得临床应用。

Clinical effect of gamma globulin combined with phototherapy of blue in the treatment of neonatal ABO hemolytic jaundice

Objective To study the clinical effect of gamma globulin combined with phototherapy of blue in the treatment of neonatal ABO hemolytic jaundice.Methods Seventy-two neonates who born and be tested ABO hemolytic jaundice in our hospital were selected as the study objects.The neonates were divided into control group(36 cases,treated with phototherapy of blue)and observation group(36 cases,treated with gamma globulin combined with phototherapy of blue)according to the random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TBil and CG in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the score of NBNA in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gamma globulin combined with phototherapy of blue in treatment of neonatal ABO hemolytic jaundice has a significant effect,it can effectively improve the levels of related indexes and reduce the possibility of brain injury in children,which is worthy of clinical application.
