学龄前儿童屈光不正性弱视矫正治疗的临床效果

目的分析学龄前儿童屈光不正性弱视矫正治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2018年1月收治的100例屈光不正性弱视学龄前儿童作为研究对象,采用随机分组法将其分为研究组和参照组,各50例。参照组给予屈光矫正、精细训练、遮盖疗法治疗,研究组在参照组基础上加行弱视矫治。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的矫正视力、调节幅度及调节灵敏度均低于参照组,屈光度及调节滞后量均高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论学龄前儿童屈光不正性弱视矫正治疗的临床效果显著,可以改善患儿眼调节功能。

Clinical effect of ametropic amblyopia correction in preschool children

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ametropic amblyopia correction in preschool children.Methods A total of 100 preschool children with ametropic amblyopia admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the study objects and divided into study group and reference group by random grouping method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with refraction correction,fine training and covering therapy,and the study group was treated with amblyopia correction on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The corrected visual acuity,adjustment amplitude and adjustment sensitivity in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the diopter and adjustment lag were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ametropic amblyopia correction in preschool children has a significant clinical effect,which can improve the adjustment function of children's eyes.
