1245例长沙地区体检人群骨密度现状调查及影响因素分析

摘    要:目的了解长沙地区体检人群骨密度现状及影响因素,为该地区骨质疏松的防治提供依据。方法用骨密度仪对1465例长沙地区40~80岁的无骨代谢相关性疾病人群进行骨密度测量和问卷调查,回收合格问卷1245份,了解其文化程度、职业、身高、体重、每日日晒情况、钙剂补充情况、吸烟、饮酒习惯、运动情况等信息。分析骨质疏松的影响因素。结果随着年龄的增长骨质疏松组的患病率逐渐升高。单因素Logistic回归分析可知,文化程度、职业、BMI、每日日晒时间、长期服用钙剂、每日规律锻炼对Logistic回归模型的贡献有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析发现,文化程度、BMI、每日日晒时间、长期服用钙剂、每日规律锻炼为骨质疏松症的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论长沙市40岁以上中老年人骨质疏松检出率偏高,且随着年龄的增加而增加,而且女性骨质疏松症检出率明显高于男性。发病与职业、文化水平、BMI、每日日晒时间、钙剂补充情况及每日规律锻炼等有关。

Investigation of the current status of bone mineral density of 1245 physical examination people in Changsha area and analysis of influencing factors

Abstract:Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of bone mineral density of the physical examination people in Changsha area,and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in this area.Methods Bone mineral density instrument was used to measure bone mineral density and questionnaire survey was conducted in 1465 people between 40 and 80 years old in Changsha aera without bone metabolism-related diseases,collecting 1245 eligibility questionnaires.The cultural level,occupation,height,weight,daily sun exposure,calcium supplementation,smoking,drinking habits and exercise status were understood.The influencing factors of osteoporosis were analyzed.Results With the increase of age,the prevalence of osteoporosis gradually increased in the osteoporosis group.According to uni-factor Logistic regression analysis,the contributions of education level,occupation,BMI,daily sun exposure time,long-term calcium intake and daily regular exercise to the Logistic regression model were statistically significant(P<0.05).The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that education level,BMI,daily sun exposure time,long-term calcium intake and daily regular exercise were the influence factors for osteoporosis(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of osteoporosis in middle-aged and older people over 40 years old in Changsha city is high,and with the age increasing,the detection rate of osteoporosis in women is higher than that of men.The incidence is related to occupation,cultural level,BMI,daily sun exposure time,calcium supplementation and daily regular exercise.
