阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果及对乳酸脱氢酶、炎症因子、免疫功能的影响

目的探讨阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果及对乳酸脱氢酶、炎症因子、免疫功能的影响。方法将我院收治的212例支原体肺炎患儿随机分为观察组(n=106,阿奇霉素治疗)与对照组(n=106,红霉素治疗),比较两组的疗效。结果治疗2周后,两组患儿的乳酸脱氢酶、IL-12、IFN-γ水平、CD4^+/CD8^+均有所改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎可有效降低炎症因子和乳酸脱氢酶水平,增强细胞免疫功能,改善预后,提高临床疗效。

Effect of azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children and its influences on LDH,inflammatory factors and immunological function

Objective To explore the effect of azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children and its influences on LDH,inflammatory factors and immunological function.Methods A total of 212 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=106,azithromycin treatment)and control group(n=106,erythromycin treatment).The efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,levels of LDH,IL-12,IFN-γ,CD4^+/CD8^+in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and LDH,enhance the cellular immune function,improve the prognosis and clinical efficacy.
