窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆预防学龄前儿童龋齿的临床价值

目的探索窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆预防学龄前儿童龋齿的临床价值。方法选择120例口腔保健小儿为试验对象,采用抓阄随机化法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用窝沟封闭术预防,观察组采用窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆预防。比较两组龋齿发生率、邻面龋齿发生率、龋均值、封闭剂残留脱落情况、家属对外观及预防效果满意度。结果观察组邻面龋齿发生率、随访后6、12个月的封闭剂残留脱落率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。预防后1、3个月,观察组龋均值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家属对外观、预防效果满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在预防小儿龋齿时,运用窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆的效果更为有效,能提高家属满意度,降低邻面龋齿发生率。

Clinical value of pit and fissure sealing combined with fluoride protective lacquer in the prevention of dental caries in preschool children

Objective To explore the clinical value of pit and fissure sealing combined with fluoride protective lacquer in the prevention of dental caries in preschool children. Methods A total of 120 children with oral health care were selected as the experimental objects and divided into control group and observation group by random lot drawing, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was prevented by pit and fissure sealing, the observation group was prevented by pit and fissure sealing combined with fluoride protective lacquer. The incidence of caries, incidence of adjacent caries, mean value of caries, residual loss of sealer and satisfaction of family members with appearance and prevention effect were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adjacent caries and the residual loss rate of sealer in the 6 and12 months after follow-up of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The mean value of caries in 1 and 3 months after prevention were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of family members with appearance and prevention effect were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the prevention of dental caries in children, the pit and fissure sealing combined with fluoride protective lacquer is more effective, which can improve family members satisfaction and reduce the incidence of adjacent caries.
