医用冷敷贴在中老年患者浅静脉留置针中的应用效果

目的探讨医用冷敷贴在中老年患者浅静脉留置针中的应用效果。方法选择2019年4月至10月我院收治的82例中老年浅静脉留置针患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(3M无菌透明敷料固定)与观察组(医用冷敷贴固定),各41例。比较两组相关临床指标、静脉炎发生情况及严重程度、舒适度、并发症发生情况。结果观察组留置针保留时间、贴膜更换时间长于对照组,敷贴平整占比高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的静脉炎总发生率低于对照组,严重程度分布情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的舒适度高于对照组,且分布情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医用冷敷贴在中老年患者浅静脉留置针中的应用效果更为显著,其可延长留置针保留时间,预防静脉炎,减少并发症的发生,减轻因反复穿刺给患者带来的痛苦,使其更为舒适,值得临床推广。

Application effect of medical cold compress in the middle-aged and old patients with superficial vein catheter

Objective To explore the application effect of medical cold compress in the middle-aged and old patients with superficial vein catheter.Methods Eighty-two middle-aged and elderly patients with superficial vein catheter admitted in our hospital from April to October 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(3 M sterile transparent dressing fixation)and observation group(medical cold compress fixation),with 41 cases in each group.The relevant clinical indexes,incidence and severity of phlebitis,comfort and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The retention time of indwelling needle and the replacement time of sticking film in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,and the proportion of applying flat was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the severity distribution was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The comfort of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the distribution was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical cold compress has more significant application effect in the middle-aged and elderly patients with superficial vein catheter.It can prolong the retention time of indwelling needle,prevent phlebitis,reduce complications,lighten patients’pain caused by repeated puncture and make them more comfortable,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
