间歇性经口至食管管饲治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的临床效果

目的探讨间歇性经口至食管管饲治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的临床效果。方法将40例脑卒中引起的吞咽障碍患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,各20例。对照组采用持续留置胃管管饲技术治疗,治疗组采用间歇性经口至食管管饲肠内营养技术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗3周后,两组的吞咽障碍评级均有所改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论间歇性经口至食管管饲胃肠营养技术治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的效果显著。

Clinical effect of intermittent oral to esophageal tube feeding in the treatment ofpatients with dysphagia after stroke

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intermittent oral to esophageal tube feeding in the treatment of patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods A total of 40 patients with dysphagia caused by stroke were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with continuous indwelling gastric tube feeding technology,and the treatment group was treated with intermittent oral to esophageal tube feeding enteral nutrition technology.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,the rating of dysphagia in the two groups improved,and that in the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intermittent oral to esophageal tube feeding gastrointestinal nutrition technology has a significant effect on patients with dysphagia after stroke.
