半夏白术天麻汤联合针灸治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果

目的探讨半夏白术天麻汤联合针灸治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(CIS)的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的98例CIS患者的病历资料,按照随机数表法将患者分为观察组(n=49,半夏白术天麻汤联合针灸+常规西医治疗)与对照组(n=49,常规西医治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的全血粘度高切及低切、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数及FIB均降低,PT、APTT均延长,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NIHSS评分及中医证候积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SIS各项评分均提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤联合针灸可有效治疗CIS,改善患者血流变及凝血功能,降低中医证候积分及NIHSS评分,提高患者生活质量。

Clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on cerebral ischemic stroke

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS).Methods The medical records of 98 patients with CIS admitted in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group(n=49,Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion+conventional western medicine treatment)and control group(n=49,conventional western medicine treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the whole blood viscosity high and low cut,plasma viscosity,RBC aggregation index and FIB of the two groups reduced,PT and APTT prolonged,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups reduced,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SIS scores in both groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively treat CIS,ameliorate blood rheology and coagulation function,reduce TCM syndrome and NIHSS scores,and improve the quality of life of patients.
