低频康复治疗仪对剖宫产后产妇乳房胀痛及子宫功能恢复情况的影响

目的探讨低频康复治疗仪对剖宫产后产妇乳房胀痛及子宫功能恢复情况的影响。方法选取我院收治的106名剖宫产后乳房胀痛产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(53例,常规护理+低频康复治疗仪)和对照组(53例,常规护理)。比较两组乳房胀痛的治疗效果、母乳喂养成功率、乳始动时间、产后泌乳量及产后子宫功能恢复情况。结果观察组乳房胀痛治疗总有效率、母乳喂养成功率均高于对照组,产后48、72 h泌乳量均明显多于对照组,泌乳始动时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产后72 h宫缩痛评分、宫底高度均明显低于对照组,产后72 h恶露总量、产后阴道出血量均明显少于对照组,产后首次排尿时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低频康复治疗仪用于产后康复可降低乳房胀痛发生率,改善子宫功能。

Influences of low frequency rehabilitation therapy instrument on breast distending pain and uterine function recovery of parturients after cesarean section

Objective To explore the influences of low frequency rehabilitation therapy instrument on breast distending pain and uterine function recovery of parturients after cesarean section.Methods A total of 106 parturients with breast distending pain after cesarean section admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the method of random number table,the parturients were divided into observation group(53 cases,routine nursing+low frequency rehabilitation therapy instrument)and control group(53 cases,routine nursing).The therapeutic effect of breast distending pain,the success rate of breast feeding,the time of milk initiation,the amount of postpartum lactation and the recovery of postpartum uterine function were compared between the two groups.Results The total therapeutic effect of treatment of breast distending pain,the success rate of breast feeding of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the lactation volume at 48 and 72 h postpartum of the observation group were significantly more than those of the control group,and the time of milk initiation was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of uterine contraction pain and the height of uterine fundus at 72 h postpartum in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the total amount of lochia at 72 h postpartum and postpartum vaginal bleeding were significantly less than those of the control group,the first time of micturition postpartum was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low frequency rehabilitation therapy instrument can reduce the incidence of breast distending pain and improve the function of uterus.
