醒脑开窍针联合神经生长因子穴位注射对痉挛型脑瘫患儿脑功能及发育水平的影响

目的观察醒脑开窍针联合神经生长因子(NGF)穴位注射对痉挛型脑瘫患儿脑功能及发育水平的影响。方法将我院收治的64例痉挛型脑瘫患儿按治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组予以NGF穴位注射治疗,观察组在此基础上给予醒脑开窍针。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组AKP、P、La C、θ波值均降低,β波值及GMFM、MDI、PDI评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑开窍针联合NGF穴位注射治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿,能有效改善患儿脑功能,提高其运动及发育水平。

Effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with nerve growth factor acupoint injectionon brain function and development level of children with spastic cerebral palsy

Objective To observe the effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with nerve growth factor(NGF)acupoint injection on brain function and development level of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods Sixty-four children with spastic cerebral palsy were divided into control group and observation group by different treatment methods,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with NGF acupoint injection,and the observation group was treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of AKP,P,La C,θwave value decreased,βwave value and the scores of GMFM,MDI,PDI increased in both group,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with NGF acupoint injection can effectively improve the brain function,the motor and development level of children with spastic cerebral palsy.
