| 摘 要： | 放射性肺炎作为胸部肿瘤患者在接受放射治疗后的常见并发症,不仅阻碍肿瘤的治疗,而且给患者增添了新的痛苦,造成巨大的经济和心理压力,亟需慎重对待,而目前西医在放射性肺炎的治疗上并无疗效优异的针对性治疗手段,因此,中医药治疗不失为一种方法。本文探讨了益气养阴法对抗放射性肺炎非急性期的理论基础和临床应用价值,以期给临床治疗带来新的思路。

| Abstract: | Radiation pneumonia, as a common complication of chest tumor patients after radiotherapy, not only hinders the treatment of tumor, but also adds new pain to the patient, causing huge economic and psychological pressure, which needs to be treated carefully. At present, western medicine has no targeted treatment with excellent effect in the treatment of radiation pneumonia. Therefore, the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can yet be regarded as a kind of method.This paper discusses the theoretical basis and clinical application value of Yiqi Yangyin method in against the non-acute stage of radiation pneumonia, in order to bring new ideas to clinical treatment. |
